Scallops

Pacific Coast scallops are available fresh December – June. Prized for their delicate meat and sweet flavor, scallops are delicious steamed or sautéed and require very little cooking. Pacific Coast growers, primarily from Alaska, offer Pink, Spiny, Weathervane and Rock scallops.
